Just got my headlights done! Big thanks to Mike at Vettesthetics
Here's the website... http://vettesthetics.com
As you can see, they turned out quite marvelous! Satin black bezels and gloss black bezel rings. Mike smoked my DRL lenses for me too so they blend in really well with the projector lenses. So stoked! Been waiting to do this for a while! I definitely recommend Mike at Vettesthetics if you're looking to change the color of your lights. Lots of options to customize them however you like.

Looks great! On a yellow car it makes it look like a hornet or yellow jacket... gives it an angry or aggressive look.
What do you have to take off to get the lights out?

Just do it yourself. You can buy new lenses for $200.00 per side, and get the bezels painted by a body shop for $100.00 or so.
I actually cut my lenses off, painted the bezels black, and re-used the lenses by regluing them back on.
The pic shows the headlight back in place. You can see the glue, but it's hidden when the bumper is in place.
NSF, I just noticed that I already sent you the info for the DIY's. but you said you weren't that adventurous. You haven't changed your mind????
Those are sick.... I can't wait to do this. Did u remove ur headlights and send them to them??
LV2TOUR sent me really good detailed instructions to do this but idk. I'm scared

You cut them off? Did you heat them up in the oven first?
Paul, yes you sent me the instructions already, but as others have said my talent to do this is probably not there, not without some personal in person advice and help. Would you like to visit Lake Havasu AZ anytime soon LOL.
The yellow with black accents is very striking visually

No I did not heat them in the oven. If you use the oven method, it will likely bake the coating on the lenses, and ruin them.
The only time you would use the oven method is when you replace the lenses with new ones.
To cut the lenses off, you use a dremel tool, and cut the lens as close to the black assembly as possible.
The lenses are attached to the bezel, which are attached to the assembly. When the bezel/lenses are bolted back up to the assembly, it is solid so the glue can be applied between the cut portion of the lens, to close off the lens.

Gee, that's tempting for sure, but your temperatures are probably too warm for me. I'm here staring out my window and looking at about 4 feet of snow on my lawn. That does give me lot's of time to do projects on my C6 though, during it's time in hibernation

UH, 90' yesterday but looks like rain today and WIND for 2 days after that, I don't know how you tolerate the cold & snow. This is our windy time, hate it because of ALLERGIES
Your willingness to help members is fantastic, one of the reasons I'm on this forum so much
