Switch

My 08 coupe shows considerable wear on the drivers seat and back and no wear at all on the passenger side. Can they be switched ?

Just as easy to drive from the passenger seat...

Yes but you end up facing the rear of the car so the controls are on the outside of the seat and are usable. I would think not.

The seat covers are easy to pull and replace.

If you check around, should be able to pick up both the base and back cover for a couple hundred.

Seats themselves? No. Covers? Yes. This means it would probably be better to just replace the driver's seat cover.
