How can I protect myself from criminals regarding my FOBs?
For various reasons I've had 4 FOBs total installed on my car at various times from the same dealer. I've opened them up and can see that on 3 of the FOBs there is a chip that has the same number imprinted on it but the 4th has a different number.
I need to carry all my FOBs at once and I don't want criminals to be able to scan me and get all my FOB identification codes at once. How can I best protect myself? Can I just take all of the batteries out of the FOBs? Could I wrap them in some sort of foil to stop certain waves from interfering with or somehow messing with these FOBs? And in a related question: does putting the 3 matching numbered FOBs together, in close proximity, boost my signal and allow thieves to more easily scan me to then spoof my FOBs' IDs?
If you have any suggestions, I'd very much appreciate hearing them.

I suggest you sell your vette, get rid of all your fobs, and go out and buy a 1982 Chevy Citation. No fobs, no codes, no bull sheet, no worries.
Seriously, you can't be serious? You carry all 4 fobs?
Use one fob, enjoy the car and pay your insurance, YOU B AIGHT G!!!!!!!!

Why would you ever need to carry more than 1 FOB with you at any given time?
You don't need to carry a whole pocket full of them.

And, being nosey, why do you "need to carry all my FOBs at once"?

I know about that but what are the chances someone is gonna hang around right next to your car waiting for you to push a fob button so they can capture signals on something then try to duplicate a fob with that code?

Only two things to say...
You're way to paranoid!
No matter what, and I do mean NO MATTER WHAT you do..If someone wants it bad enough, there is nothing you can do to stop them. Slow them down, sure. Deter them, absolutely. All you can do is not make it easy.

I've heard fob robbers are out there but, as MH663 said, if somebody wants your car, they're gonna get it.

I'm still waiting to hear why you carry all 4 fobs.
Try this scenario.
Use you metal key and door pull to open the car. Then drape an aluminum 'Space Blanket' over the top of the car covering as much of the car as possible. Use a fob with no battery in it and put it in the glove box slot and start the car.
This should minimize/eliminate anyone's opportunity to scan your fob.

Forget about those silly shielded FOB cases ...
When I lived in the Philippines, I occasionally worried about my car being stolen, so I hired this team to stand guard next to my car whenever I was away from it.
Seemed to work really well ...
(the dog was not very 'friendly' at all)

I guess you could unlock the trunk with the key and then pull the manual lever every time for the door. You could also wear a tin foil hat when you are at home so the government doesn't steal your thoughts

If a professional thief really wants your car they will get it but they would rather steal a Honda civic. Most cars are stolen for parts and parts for a civic are in demand because there are so many civics.
That said, yes all you have to do to "cloak" the FOB is wrap it in foil. I have a spare wrapped in foil and it is well hidden in the car. If I ever were to lose the one in my pocket, I have a backup.

And IMHO..... this is one of the absolute last things to worry about in life, really, it is.

Locks on cars, houses etc. are just minor inconveniences for the professional thieves. If they fancy your car, or things in your house, there is not much you can do, except use alarms, video recording and such to try to slow them or deter them, so they go to other easier targets.
No amount of deadbolts in the world will "ever" stop a thief from entering your house. If you have an outside electrical receptacle, then an electric power saw will just slice through your siding and outside wall to make a brand new entrance in the back, without much noise at all.
Same goes for entering a car. If they want your car bad enough, no amount of FOBs, alarms, tin foil will stop them.
Just enjoy your car and stop worrying about things out of your control.
That's why we buy insurance....isn't it?
