2 questions
1. I'm noticing by the avatar it says junior member or senior member. Seems to have no relation to time on board here. Is this just an age related thing and if so why?
2. The little stars of various colors and quantity, I believe these keep track of the amount of post's that we make. Where is there a legend located for these?

Here in Texas we call them left lane parkers. They typically sit in the left lane, get on their cell phone and go 10-15 MPH less than the speed limit. Blocking up all the other lanes of traffic and for the most part are very indignant. What they don't realize is that in Texas as well as quite a few other states they are breaking traffic laws. Here if your in the left lane and not passing someone, no matter how fast your going you're breaking the law. DPS here was at one point pulling peeps over for that but then quit, Whoa is me.
