Just wondering if Onstar is disabled by disconnecting the battery. Anyone know? Thinking about adding an aftermarket tracking device, but won't if Onstar is that easily defeated.

Lo Jack never really caught on because in order to be effective the local law enforcement had to have the system in place in order for it to work. It proved to be expendable in tight economies. What system would you use?

I currently have an older model GPS tracker called the Snitch that has served me well to this day, but the battery no longer holds it's charge for very long. So I will probably upgrade to Blackline GPS' latest.
