Default Keep'em or Ditch'em??

I'm currently running a set of OEM Sterling Silver ZR1 wheels and debating on changing them out to something else. Thoughts? Opinions welcome good and bad! Thanks!

I like em. Makes the GS look unique.

I'd keep them, they look great.

I think they look great! They set off the car's lines very well. What I'd get rid of is the one and only piece of chrome on the otherwise (all blue) sides, that GS emblem, that to me, interrupts the lines of the car.

Personal opinion...Ditch 'em

I've never been a fan of the C6 ZR1 wheel, they always looked a little too busy for me...not to mention, they have got to be a bi--h to keep clean. I love the car, nothing better than any shade of Blue Grand Sport, but as long as you're asking...

Keep em
1. I swear those wheels were designed to match your blue.
2. They are OEM and not some overweight Chinese wheel that a lot of members put on their cars for looks alone which end up degrading their suspension/brakes/ride...
3. You already own them! Spend the money on other mods like headers/exhaust/intake, 2 post car lift, etc...

I ordered some black ones so the chrome won't stick out like they do.

Well this is one reason why I am debating on the switch. While I like them, it's a little busy, I'm really on the fence right now. It seems the Sterling silver OEM zr1 wheels are getting hard to find so not sure I want to get rid of them just yet.

Don't get me wrong, the car looks very different then what is usually rolling around here and it gets a lot of attention! Simply exploring a possible change, and wanted other Vette owners opinion on my current look. I know my opinion only matters but always good to get feedback as to whether or not it looks proper.

Btw, I coated my wheels with CQuartz so cleaning them is a breeze! Very easy to do

Ditch 'em. I'll take 'em off your hands for free!

Seriously, I've always liked those wheels and they look really nice with the blue. Thank you for not having black wheels!!

One more thing.....IMHO, that chrome badge looks sharp and complements those wheels very nicely. Keep it as is.

I wouldn't change a thing. I'm debating getting ZR1 wheels myself in chrome.

I like them but would not like to clean them. A little busy also for my taste.

lol!! for free? even if I did Ditch'em I would keep them simply because these Sterling silver wheels seem to be harder and harder to find these days. Thanks everyone for the replies I appreciate all of your opinions.

Color and looks, generally, they go well. But they ARE busy looking to me, too. If you like that, no objections. I like a simpler look.

Keep 'em, ditch 'em, yes, no, look good, look busy, etc., etc.

All a matter of personal taste, your choice OP.

OK, now here's my 2 cents...

1) The wheels look very good. I would not change them.

2) If you keep the wheels, keep the chrome badge.

3) If you decided to go with black wheels, then you'd want the fender badges black as well.
The badges always look best when they compliment the wheels.

I've just given you the only accurate opinion on this thread!
