Hate to say this but Paypal ALWAYS sides with the buyer. I sold a perfectly fine item to a jerk on this forum. He said it was damaged, it was not, I had proof of pics and dates I sent the pics. It was interesting his Z06 was heavily damaged and then showed paypal pics of a damaged part. Well long story short the guy got me for 230 dollars.
Paypal did not care about my 3 page letter, my pictures, our texts showing he was up to BS, or anything else I had to say.
Paypal ALWAYS sides with the buyer. You will be fine, open a claim with paypal and you will get your money back.
