This is another one of your previous post:
"I agree I like the look but it is not a Z06. The Z06 is my dream car, and I know you can now buy one for a GS price."

Then you started a post about buying a silver GS, until you can afford to buy a C7 in the future.
Now you say you just bought a glass top for your car. This is very confusing at best. So what car do you own at the moment???

I figured you photochopped the illustration mode, or you used a filter that gave your car that chrome look.
Kinda cool, and thanks for the photo.

Have one on Hammy Craig...

At this time I have a loaded Base Model, I really felt embarrassed to admit that. This site really makes us base guys feel inferior. I hope all GS guys don't have this opinion. I feel we are all C6 Owners, and hope all guys don't feel the same as some or one. Thanks.

Ahhh man, just got back from a nice ride though some rural back roads.

Nothin' like it, takes 20 years off, maybe 30!

The whole time I had this looping, with the volume on 10...

Don't ever be embarrassed by what you have. Those who judge you by what you own are shallow, and their opinion should not matter to you. All Corvettes are nice. They make different models for different people. What is important to one person is not to another. Also the reason they have options.
Some people are very passionate about their particular model being the best choice, however that is subjective. Just because something is more expensive doesn't always make it better. The wide body cars were really made for weekend warriors who frequent the race track or autocross. However that actually represents a small percentage of owners, as most buy them for looks and never come close to utilizing them to their full capabilities.
That said, enjoy your base model, and if you want a different one, then get it because it is what you want. Life is too short to start buying things to impress others. Get the model and color you want that fits your budget and be happy with it!

Sounds like the black top has cured! A nice ride is always refreshing!

While I agree with the looks of the black halo, it is looking very nice the way it is and those are some good shots

I don't drift around turns, but do enjoy a spirited drive occasionally.

Finally, the houses across the street have been completed, the roads are new, and free of screws, nails, and debris.

I can get back to driving my 'vette again, as soon as this monsoon stops.

Heavy rain today, and tomorrow.

Looks like rain all week here. Might have some dry time for a quick blast around the block.

Nice photos! Always liked Cyber Gray, did my hash marks in that color.

One question,....how do you keep your 'vette so clean on a dirt road?
Is that some kind of wizardry?
