Plumbing is simple, since there are only 4 rules.
Hot on the left, cold on the right, stink goes up, and **** goes down.

Well it's kinda of both. Y
Good that you no longer have to get Ruxy plastered once a year to get him to clean the potty potty.

Bad that you are now helping to clean them.

As for the Pappy's I saw H2 sneaking out the back door through the base area with something under his trench coat. .....and no , we did not ask to see what it was.

Sorry, pal, but we found your amateur plumbing quite some time ago. We now have more pressure on the outflow than you had on the inflow. You thought those were tush washers when it's really water and "stuff", by cracky.

The GS Bar will be taking inventory today.....seems to be some confusion as to the continual loss of high dollar booze that is so far unexplained........we have our suspicions as we all turn and look towards the hovel.......but nothing confirmed yet........we are looking for an inside person who we can ply with money to infiltrate the hovel and get some info on the goings on there and also to see if they can find the Pappy's that walked out of here. I got a deal on that for only $1,000 bucks a bottle.........times 24 bottles.....is chump change for the GS's but it is a mystery to us at the bar.......

What else is going on at Hammy's B & G.....?

A few years ago my wife wanted to buy flood insurance. I explained to her the street we live on is named Summit for a reason. I won that one.

Actually for the 2 weeks of summer...kidding...it's beautiful for about 3 months..., there's no rain and all the lawns and such turn brown unless people water them. The mountain areas...very green.

I lived there for a little over 8 years, great view of Mt Rainier out the front windows of my house in the summer. Hated the other 9 months of rain / mist / damp / cool / cold weather.

The cost of living in LA sucks, but there's something to be said for year-round sunshine, pleasant temps, and non-stop track days
