well patrons....... in order to make H1 feel better today......

let's give recognition to January 29th as National Corn Chip Day...

eat all you want or can, as it is originated from the crops grown out there in Cornville................ and H1 needs a furnace repair..........

got to help as GS'er brother out................

also it is National Puzzle Day too...............

here's a brain teaser that many basers have been searching the answer for what seems to be an eternity..............

why would someone spend more money for a fatter, slower car......

just askin'.......................

I stopped in the HD store just to look around........ yeah....... the new 2018 Softail Deluxe with 107 Cu In Milwaukee 8 engine and 6 speed tranny with all the bells and whistles will be showing up in April....... maybe in time for my B-day........ I think I was under the influence or something...... I can resist anything but temptation........

Now.......we are going to have a contest with the basers to see who gets to have a free night in the Tranquility Room with your choice of Hammy Escorts and all the free Pappy's you can drink along with unlimited trips through the award winning food buffet..............we will also have the ice carving on the buffet look just like your base skinny *** car........ many other free gifts also....... a recording on cassette tape of Ruxy's tolerance speech....... framed Polaroid prints of the GS'ers wide *** cars....... at least a dozen very cool 2017 left over Hammy's calendars.....
plus H1 will personally autograph pics of him on his new Harley.......do not sell those on E Bay.........

All you have to do to receive all this is to gently mention to my wife that I'm getting a very cool new Harley.......... that's it.......easy peasy.....simple as pie........no worries Mon.......probably would advise not to stand to close........ just saying......

Hell if you want to tag team that will work........ be forewarned she is always packing.......

sign up list is on the bar in the hovel.......... don't all rush in at once........

H1 the only way I'm doing that is if I get the Pappys first.
Momma didn't raise no fool.

But I do have compassion for your situation. Been there done that. Don't worry it will all blow over...........(Might take a few years though).

Till then I would start fixin up a spot in the barn.

Don't worry Tom.....we won't chop up your fine cabinetry ....... we must preserve all works of art...... and thanks for the text idea.......I will tell you when I'm out of town and you are far enough away when she explodes no one will get hurt........ very cool.......

I am rearranging the hay bales today......and having a porta potty brought in...... plug in for the big screen......fridge......necessities you know....... and the Deluxe will be in there also.....very nice......

Furnace is back up and running........ flame sensor was dirty and would not let the furnace kick on........ once again a damn sensor is the culprit....... guy had it cleaned and fixed in about 10 minutes....... see I was supposed to have them come out for their fall furnace checkup and forgot about and forgot to call them........ that would have been part of the service........... nuts....... lesson learned.........again.........

Now we will see how long it takes to get the house back up to sizzle.......

bought a new computer yesterday.......got a Dell laptop for 600 bucks......when I saw that they called the computer Star Lord I knew that I had to have it......... I am thinking I should change my name on here to Star Lord.........ST1 in the bar........ or not......

Ok Hammers......let's get out there and kick some *** today.......

I remember while wanderin' around Keystone out there in the hills with Mrs. H1 and teebee and Mrs. teebee.......... saw a few Harleys and Mrs. H1 thought that you would have learned you lessons, and outgrown that stage of your life...................

she did share with all of us this photo of you back in the day when you first met.................. just sayin'..............

she told us it was taken near the great lodge up there in Montana in your youthful years..............

Much as I like H1, and some of his topics and music....He must have Corvette Fever and you know it doesn't get any better with age. I agree on the picture too, must be H1. You can tell by the Tickler on his upper lip must have helped with the ladies in Montana when he started talk about Corn Cobbs and all that stuff...looks like he had to shave it with a knife back then....Burning the furniture is probably a good idea, those that load up on heaters usually end up burning the whole house down... Hope things get better...Just saying... Basers rule of course...Sorry we didn't get to see Luke in the Senior bowl too. Hope he gets a good shot in the NFL and the money is worth getting your *** beat up every week. He's a good guy.

Had a good afternoon Sunday. Was a little hesitant but the wife wanted to go to a live show down at the Convention Center but I relented when she agreed to drop by the MH RV show going on there too. My My some of those new rigs are really fancy. Make ya want to get on the road again.

Anyway, the show turned out great. It was the stage version of 25 Years of Motown. You know RKJ style Those people can really sing and it was interesting to catch a glimpse of Barry Gordy's life. Really must have been something with all those people he worked with and the ups and downs....

One of the best, burnt out to soon. A message in his song?

And here hoping things shape up H1, maybe you can relate to this guy. Had trouble understanding him but they say a picture(video) is worth a thousand words.....buck up, take it like a Baser

And the rest of the story...
It is just before 8 a.m. on the morning of Monday, September 13, 1948. Rollie Free lays stretched out on a stripped-down Vincent Black Shadow wearing nothing more than a bathing suit, a pudding-bowl helmet and slip-on beach shoes as he streaks across the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah.
He is on his way to an astonishing 150.313mph two-way average, and about to head into the record books as the man who blitzed the American absolute motorcycle speed record.

I like puzzles. I usually do 1 or 2 daily to keep my sense of color and shapes exercised. TheJigsawPuzzles.com

Try this one. https://www.thejigsawpuzzles.com/Car...tout=200mosaic
Click bottom right for full screen, top right for preview, but don't cheat with the stuff on the left. I was a bit slow today at 25:50, so beat my time.

Thanks Hoxxy.................. I will try them later tonight in the hovel................... just wanted to mention that Ruxxy's story on the bike and the Salt Flats is true................. found a much larger, GS'er style picture very similar to what he posted, but in my lack of better judgement did not post it poking fun at the wide bodied boys.........

want to post up some very important information for H1 / Star Lord............ related to his winter Harley..........

too bad that Mrs. H1 or Mrs. Star Lord won't cut loose the purse strings................

don't fret or worry too much H1.............. basers found a few things to help you get over your winter blues there in Huskerland........

since H600 has posted the fact that there is indeed a lake or 2 out there in that area, and also knowing that it has been cold enough there to freeze any little lakes you may be found on..............

saw that you have been practicing different modes of transportation while stuck in the deep freeze................

during the Christmas season, when you seem to disappears for a few days.................
basers found out why................... seems to be your way of starting the holiday season on thin ice................

after the 2016 Christmas season, rumor has it Mrs. H1 clamped down and made your wild ways nothing but a distant memory..........

not to be outdone by her............ you and H600 went back to the barn and figured up another way to transport yourselves out there in the land of corn..................

pretty ingenious for a couple of country boys, if the basers must say so ourselves.................

seeing how you are now "semi-retired" and Huskerbucks have been falling in value like a snowflake in a winter storm warning out there.......... seems the funding for even the wheel adventure has dried up............... refusing to be stopped from having the ability to move about out there in Cornville............... baser film crew caught you out on the lake practicing your latest method of transportation out there in the land of the poor.............

sorry I can't take credit for ALL of these.......... it was a collaborative effort of the basers to try and help you out...................

Definitely counting down the days till spring. Always look forward to camping but I think you have gotten the wrong idea on how us Husker GS'ers like to "camp".

H1's rig parked at one of his favorite spots.

My rig with a trailer wide enough for a GS.

Nu.....opps......I mean rats...... more later as my bruises heal.......
