basers are not a bunch of ingrates.................
since 1980 the "Black Sheep" basers have been making these fine products so that our fat azzed wide bodied relatives would not go hungry............
maybe you need to look around the cupboards of the GS'er grille for your share..............

When Jane initially met Tarzan in the jungle, she was attracted to him. During her questions about his life, she asked him how he had sex?
'Tarzan not know sex' he replied.
Jane explained to him what sex was.
Tarzan said, 'Oh, Tarzan use knot hole in trunk of tree.'
Jane said, 'Tarzan you have it all wrong, but I will show you how to do it properly.'
She took off her clothing and laid down on the ground. 'Here' she said, pointing to her privates, 'you must put it in here.'
Tarzan removed his loin cloth, showing Jane his considerable manhood, stepped closer to her and kicked her in the crotch!
Jane rolled around in agony for what seemed like an eternity.
Eventually she managed to grasp for air and screamed 'What did you do that for?'
Tarzan replied, 'Check for squirrel.'

You could be right. Were having high 80's and low 90's for the next 10 days. If it tipped, our forecast indicates you'll have a long cold spell ahead.

What a difference a day can make. Yesterday was in the low 40s with cold North wind. Today it is already in mid 70s with humid South wind.

In all fairness, Gore did NOT say he invented the internet. He said "I took the initiative in creating the Internet."
He went on to say, in typical politician double-speak: "I took the initiative in moving forward a whole range of initiatives that have proven to be important..."
All those initiatives make me thirsty...

Feeling a bit grumpy today........ went and got plates for the GS yesterday........2010 and they cost me $466 bucks....... I thought that was excessive since my wife 2010 Tahoe was only $209. The gals at the county office were not sympathetic........ they believe all Corvettes are $100K cars..... Then I had the Vanity Husker Plates at $70 plus the one plate option sticker for another $100.......it starts to add up. The last 2 items are on me but the 466 for an 8 year old car is not right....... the car sticker price was $65,000......hell you can't hardly buy a new Tahoe for that anymore....... grumble, mumble, sonsabitches.........wth........
What are you guys paying for your Corvettes for plates........do they even charge base Corvettes anything? Nebraska is bad for this kinda stuff.......
If I had a 63 Split window fuelie.......it would be like 35 dollars.......even though the car would be worth big $$$......... So that is what I should do......find a real fine mid year for a ton of bucks and get it so I don't have large plate costs..... Brilliant.......
Ok.....time to go out and pay for the toys........geez........have a fun day Hams....

Plates and safety inspection cost me around $100. Same as all my cars more or less.
Why you paying for the no front plate option? Tx requires them but I have never used them unless the Vette had a factory built in spot for them like the C4 and C5. None of my C6s ran one. No problems.

sorry to hear about your plate expenses there H1...........
sure they aren't charging you by the pound for your GS'er there......
just kidding..........
think mine are around 200 or so.............. haven't looked as I typically need to plate 5 vehicles at the same time, just write the great state of Mi a check and call it good, but usually 600 or so for all, with the 427 the most expensive.................. most are under 100
here they get you on additional uninsured motorist charges............ insurance companies add 192 this year to help pay for those expenses incurred by those with insufficient or no coverage........
seems stupid to me, those with insurance pay for those who don't have it or enough coverage, so the lawyers get their money at the end of the day.................
classic cars here can get a permanent plate once they are 25 years old, think fees vary according to make and model???
haven't kept one long enough to worry about that yet...........
cold and snow flurries here today.................
thanks to Randy for the wonderful weather..............
