I'm a bit confused, since the ordering guide states the Z25 60th Ann package is only available as an option on the 4LT version, but you see no memory buttons. BTW, 2LT's don't have memory buttons either, since that's not part of a 2LT package.
Anytime you are looking at a car you didn't order, take or request a photo of the RPO code tag on the glovebox door. Then go to https://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/specs/index.html# to see how the car was originally equipped and verify what the options include.

Tach and speed-o say 60th, has front fender stripes, says 60th on the rocker panels. Not sure if it matters but it has NAV and power passenger seat (can see the switch) and headrest says Grand Sport.

currently at work and unable to upload a 203MY Corvette brochure but have this which may explain the Anniversay package contents........
all of the 2013MY could be considered 60th Anniversay by the date, but the Anniversary package itself contains specific color and other design items typically not found on the rest of the 2013MY vehicles.........
I have seen it called the "Corvette 60th Anniversary 4LT Package" but I'm not sure that is correct.
Z25 is the Corvette 60th Anniversary Design Package;
Z30 is the Corvette 60th Anniversary Stripe Package.
All 2013 Corvette models, including the 427 Convertible, will be available with a 60th Anniversary Design Package, featuring an Arctic White exterior with a Blue Diamond leather-wrapped interior with suede accents. Convertible models will have a blue top.
Additional content includes a ZR1-style rear spoiler, special badging, gray-painted brake calipers and the “60th” logo on the wheel center caps, steering wheel and seat headrests.
An optional Corvette 60th Anniversary Stripe Package adds full-length racing stripes in Pearl Silver Blue, including a tonal stripe stitched into the convertible top, extending the graphic theme over the roof.
For 2013, all Corvettes will feature 60th Anniversary badges on the fascias and the “waterfall” panel on convertible models, as well as 60th logos in the instrument panel gauge cluster and on the sill plates.
