IVE BEEN GETTING SERVICE TIRE MONITOR WARNING FOR QUITE A WHILE..USUALLY AFTER DRIVING 27 MILES OR SO..YESTERDAY NO MESSAGE AFTER 100 MILES.....I ALSO DID NOT HOOK UP MY RADAR DETECTOR OR BLUETOOTH IT TO MY PHONE.....COULD IT BE THE CULPRIT?I MOUNT DETECTOR AS LOW AS I CAN ON WINDSHIELD SLIGHTLY OFF CENTER TO THE LEFT....ANY IDEAS?
I don't think your radar detector is the problem or blue tooth. I just changed my two front tires and the TPS reset its self with the computer, it only took about twenty miles of riding and I have a radar detector or also. Your batteries in the TPS might be exhausted to the point of replacement.

If the message continues to come back, the batteries are probably the culprit, thus a new TMPS sensor required. My Pontiac G6 started to do the same thing. I've replaced 2 of the 4, so I probably will have to replace the other 2, as they are now 6 years old and a DD.
