Windows Valet
I just received my Windows Valet, from Top Down Technologies, for my 2006 Base.
It appears to work fine..
Except.....
I can't open my door unless the windows are fully down.
I hope this isn't normal, as I really don't want to be leaving the windows open for me to get out of the car, if it is raining cats and dogs out.
Not a great feature.
I tried contacting Top Down about this, but funny thing, they have no contact except by email. Their phone number is a recorded message only.
Pretty sleazy operation that won't talk directly with clients.
Any who..can any one confirm this 'funny' feature or do I have a 'pig in a poke'?
Thanks...
Joe

Same here. I even have a splitter for the Dashlogic radar projector for the HUD. Both work great.

I have one and it works fine and if you read the instructions with remote you can crack the windows for the heat to escape.
Make sure your windows are index, other wise it won't work properly.
