So I just bought my 2008 auto base coupe with NPP exhaust and I got called out on FB by a 4 banger Honda. I'm like, "WTF?". It's a 90 something Integra. I know the guy, family lol. His Integra has bolt ons and I don't if it's a type R or not. I laughted and told him to buy me rims, tires, and gas then I'll race him. I didn't buy a Corvette to street race or drag. I bought it b/c I've always like them and they look beautiful. The only Honda I like is the S2K but imo it's over priced. I know he won't be the last import to call me out. I deviated from the "norm" and bought a Corvette, I'm asian btw. I'm like, "no replacement for displacement".

That would bring more trouble I think. Once I beat him, his friends will start calling me out. A few of them have evols. I knew buying a Corvette that this would happen LOL. It's always Import vs Domestic.

Don't take it to personal as it's the price you pay for owning a corvette. Happens all the time. Except if it's the right time I take the challenge as I didn't buy a vette to go to cars and coffee with it.

A friend of mine had an Evo. Decently fast but still nothing to worry about. Unless they are heavily modded, bring em on, lol

He said that he "might" be able to keep up on the bottom end b/c he said that he did with a few turbos lol. If it should ever happen, I'll let him win by a nose hair so he can brag. Once a huge crowd has gather on FB, I'll call him out and embarrass that riceburner. I do like fishing.

Got to be a high speed road course near you, so have him put enough money up to cover your costs for a 15 lap race when he loses, and have at it.


Bluntly, lots of Joe Hollywood's that want to straight run their cars, but throws some bend and corners in the mix where it takes driver talent as well, and the rocket boys will be back at the curb leaning on their cars and sucking there thumbs instead.

P.S, Fun in a Vet does start to not happen, until you are pulling 175mph or greater down the back straight.

You might wanna read up on all motor Honda before you get Embarrased one day! They dont need forced induction to be in the 11's. Its why they are so popular. All motor in the honda world could mean a whole lot of Different motors.

It doesn't bother me much, more of a fly buzzing around that will get swat.

Years ago I witnessed a fast K24 swap, over 300hp. Not bad for an all motor.
