Default Check engine code po451

2008 has 17200 miles on it just had the check engine light come on buddy has a code reader came up po451 evaporative emission system pressure switch does anyone know what this means ok to drive Any info is greatly appreciated Thanks

I didn't find P0451 but did find P0454. I have no idea what the difference is so don't make assumptions. This should at least give you an idea what's involved and as suggested might be good idea to just replace the gas cap first:

I have a list that shows P0471 as "Exhaust Pressure Sensor Range/Performance". I have no idea what hat means, but I hope the knowleged helps....

I read that the pressure switch is on top of the fuel tank. That's going to be difficult to replace.

I would check that the gas cap is on correctly as this is the simplest thing to check. You can then clear the code with a scanner or wait a few start/run cycles for it and see if it clears. It will not clear right away even if it is fixed.
