Default RaceDeck questions

I did a search on this forum and there are a lot of RaceDeck discussions, but none seem to specifically address my question. I want to know how easy it is to wash (hose out) the garage with the "Free-Flow" RaceDeck tiles installed. These tiles are supposed to have channels on the backside that enables water to flow under the tiles. I have a garage that has three areas that "puddle". My garage houses my Vette and my DD. The DD brings snow and slush with it in the Winter, so floor gets very dirty. Do the Free-Flow tiles channel water well? Thanks for your thoughts.

My guess is drainage won't be a problem but the road salt and winter grime will be difficult to keep clear under the surface especially in your low areas.

The free flow drains well but if you have puddle area's and I do the water will stay there. The water will be standing in the same places it did before I installed the race deck. Plan on putting a fan on high to dry it out.

I have a different brand than race deck, but mine has lots of round holes in it. I have had it for 12 years.

I water down my floor, them mop it with Simple Green, then water down again, then I squeegee off all the water. Yes it stands in a couple places that are lower. but not above the top surface of the tile.

I then place a fan blowing across the floor, and in a few hours it is gone.

Even if it's high humidity, and the water doesn't all dry up, it's no big deal, it eventually always dries up

Yes the grime is under the surface, where I can't see it, and I have no plans to look at it.

I have the race deck. I live in the NE (NJ) so rain, snow and muck are hauled into the garage, albeit not deliberately. My garage has a sloped concrete floor from back to front (required by code). I have a few different types of race deck based on the pattern I built, however cleaning is not that much of a problem. Some water and a yard brush takes care of surface cleaning. I wait until everything is dry and then use a leaf blower to blast the dirt from underneath, out the front door.
