Default can big a big guy fit in my corvette ??

Hii guys i wanted to ask yall about big people fitting in my car. My dad is 5"5 and its 300 pounds. I was wondering if he will fit in my corvette in the passenger side, and if there would be enough legs space, comfortable ?

Read about an NFL player who bought a vette and couldn't get in it. 300+ pounds but tall.

I had a bigger guy salesman at a Corvette specialty dealership tell me he can't fit in C6s or C7s. C5 and prior was no issue for him.

He will probably fit. Leg room should not be a problem. However, consider ease of entry / exit. It may be quite difficult for someone with the stature you describe to get in and out of the car.

I'm 6'4", 280 lb, and I fit fine - Not much room to spare, though!

I would ask him to approach the seat by backing in, bend forward and put his butt on the seat bottom first, then swing his legs into the car. Too much weight thrown directly on the seat-back is not advised. Give him a hand if necessary.

I'm 6ft even and 300 lbs and I can drive or ride in my brother's C6Z just fine. Planning on buying a GS myself in the near future. Now the new C7 was a tight fit on the drivers side..

A buddy has ridden in mine several times, short trips though, longest was maybe 15 miles each way.

He has to be about 300, and is about 5'10". He did have trouble getting in and out, but he has a bad knee also.

If possible have the top off, it makes it much easier to enter & exit..

This is the way that anyone should get into a car since it is easiest on the back

I am 6'2" and over 350 pounds. Not saying by how much. I am also long-waisted. I have no trouble sitting in and driving or riding in my C6. I would note that the passenger side leg room is a bit less than the drivers. I do feel very comfortable in the seat too. I think your dad would be fine.

Im 5'8" and 310 lbs.......getting into and out of my dads 2010 GS is actually easier than it is with my 93 Firebird. As for long range comfortability, the both of us took it the 1200 miles last year from south MS to Corvettes at Carlisle.....and surprisingly the ride was great.

A friend and I made the trip from Ar. to Road Atlanta for the Petit Le Mans. 500+ miles each way. He's 6'7" and 300 lbs. He fit in the passenger's seat fine but used ALL of the seat belt's length. Oh....we averaged 29 MPG highway/city......

This guy isn't 'big'. Dwayne Johnson is big. This guy is fat. He's shaped like a beach ball. I think there may be a major problem not getting him in, but getting him out again w/o a crane lifting him through the roof - assuming a spider or targa.

The sticker on the door jamb in my 05 vert indicates that the weight of the occupants and cargo should not exceed 388 pounds.
