Hello guys , I recently bought a stage 5 Dallas performance 2008 Z06. I was driving home when I received several warnings on my dash. ABS/ Traction control/ breaks/ fule system service , I ran the codes and they were U0073,C0561,U2107,U2100. Can someone tell me what could've caused that?

Don't know what the codes mean, but it sounds like someone sold you a car in which all at the codes had been cleared before you bought it.
Whenever I see a cluster of seemingly unrelated error codes like that, all appearing at roughly the same time, I usually think either bad ground or bad battery/battery connections. I'd check those first.

I'm not an expert but I've seen a similar situation posted here a while back. The U codes are "network" codes. All the computer modules on the car communicate among each other and exchange information to operate the various systems on the car. In addition to other possible causes, if the voltage in the system drops too low, even only briefly, it can wreak havoc and possibly throw all those codes. So, it could be as simple as a weak battery or a loose or corroded connector. If you have a scan tool, I'd start by clearing the codes, then check the battery connections, and see if the codes come back, sometimes you get lucky and the issue is an easy fix, always best to try the easy things first when you can. Also, if I bought a used 2008 C6 I'd drop a new battery in it right away, it'd be worth it just to pre-empt any potential issues. Also if its not a daily driver, you'll need to use a battery tender to maintain the charge.
