Upper fender tab problem.

I have a 2007 and the bumper facial tab on the driver side by the hood and head light keeps popping up about a 1/4" . How can I make it stay down?

You need to replace the clip that holds that part of the upper bumper tab down. The bumper has a slot that fits into the retaining clip. When the clip gets weak or worn, then it does not hold tight.
The retaining clip can be replaced without removing the bumper. Just remove the top 4 screws, so the bumper can be pulled back some.
Pull the old clip out, and put in new one.

Part # 11609871 for the anti-pop plastic tab
Part # 11561329 for locating retaining clips
