Hello forum members, this mesage is exclusive. It is for those with patience for a novice. I'm looking to make changes to my 2008 Sound system. I have the Kenwood 9980 Excelon. Love it. The center dash speaker is disconnected. I would like to keep the factory door speakers but put an amp to it thus bypassing the built-in amp from the factory on the door subs and the amp driving the rear speakers. I could have sworn there was a guy on the forum who did this a few years ago but i can't find his thread. Does anybody know the thread i'm referring to or the amp to use to do this (power rating)? Thanks in advance.
