2011 c6 base electrical issue
2011 vette ..... BCM changed at 2119 miles ..... bcm changed again along with ECM at 18,200 miles ..... both never reported to car fax and were completed by dealer .... purchased this vette with 19,200 miles .... 19,540 changed out BCM ... couldnt get into car ...battery dead .... popped trunk .... gauges reading backwards ...service everything lights ...from traction control to ... fuel low .... to service engine soon ...to you bought someone's lemon ******* ..... now its at chevy dealer they tried replacing BCM again .... receiver in the dash ...then reprogrammed the fob ..... so they said it would fix the problem ... 2 days later drove the car locally .... went in to have lunch came out and couldnt get in the car .... popped the hatch ..opened the door ...no power ....acc came on and same **** ...service engine soon .... gauges reading backwards ....towed back to dealer .... the car is now in a bay at GM all electrical is being gone thru by a master tech ...??? who knows ......anyone else have any issues like this and any idea if there is a real fix ....

Yeah, sounds like you bought a lemon, unfortunately. What does "gauges reading backwards" mean?
You think it could possibly be the battery? Sometimes a new one will clear up all sorts of electrical gremlins, even if the existing one tests good.

Yeah the problem is its gone thru 3 batteries since ive had the car less then 45 days ..... so we've gone thru the battery situation ...its much deeper then a battery issue ...... and when i say they read backwards it means they go from working to a reverse pattern so the fuel gauge goes from reading full to empty etc etc .... the car has some kind of an electrical issue ...just wondered if anyone else had seen it
