Default Wheel cleaning?
Well I picked up one New and one used that looks like new wheels for my baby. The used wheel has some rubber from where the bead seals on the wheel. What is good to clean this residue rubber off that will not harm the new tire that I'm going to put on it?

Scotch Brite pad with WD - 40 on it .

Or possibly scrape it off with single edged razor blade.

Make sure it's a blue Scotchbrite and not green...the green will scratch chrome and glass too. Blue is safe.
