How hard is it to change out the factory valve covers on the LS3? I have the E-Force on there now and might like to run without the big side covers if I could get a better look under there. The Holley has the coil mounts directly to the covers with no brackets, which I think may look good.
Any ideas?
Thanks
something to keep in mind. something that has been reported on several non OEM valve covers, is that the PCV line will start sucking more than fumes due to the baffle shape/location.
OEM gives you only fumes. i get about 1 ml every 2k in my PCV catch can from my 1591 sc. read one just last night that finally just gave up and put their stock back on. they stated the brand, but i sure forget what it was.
so if you switch, keep an eye on the can and/or line for awhile.

if you interested this is the black Holley's. i haven't had any problems with them so far. i know this is the ls2 but they are the same in a manner of speaking as far as the valve covers go

Very nice. The black wrinkle finish they offer would match the E-Force also.
