After my header install....
After my header install, is it normal for my car to smoke white smoke when starting for the first time? Will it smoke until I get it on the dyno?

When I installed the kooks on my C5, the first half hour it smoked out the hood and the tailpipe. I think you are just burning off the normal stuff that comes with new headers.

those headers get extremely hot, red hot, u better make sure your wires or connects arnt touching them. thats what could be smoking.

Once I pulled her out of the garage, the smoke pretty much subsided. I'm pretty sure its not wires. I fully heat wrapped all the extensions, and clipped them up to where they and their connections are out of the way of the headers. I think it was just burning off the oils.
