I am in need of some advice on how to get into an '08 'Vette which the doors are locked and the battery is dead. Any advice would be greatly helpful.....
Open the hatch and use the door release located on the driver's side on the rear of the wheel well bump. To open the hatch, use the key that's inside your fob. The keyhole is located above your license plate.

+1. Look above the license plate. The keyhole will be facing toward the ground.

Now that you got in, grab the owner's manual and give it the once over for additional info that will certainly come up during your time of ownership. It's also good to know how to get out when the battery is dead and the answer is in the book.

When I went to look at my 07 AW, it was DOA inside the dealer showroom. Been dead for 4 months according to the sakesman. No one knew how to get in so they could jump start it or charge the battery.....at a Chevy dealership. I asked for the fob and key and showed the sakesman how to gain entry.
Bought it with the promise if battery failed they would reimburse me for a new one. They reimbursed me 2 weeks later.

That's pretty pathetic. They should be ashamed of themselves, really.
