So Long folks
Price was fair and deal went extremely smoothly
Now here's the good part:
My 2015 Challenger Scat Pack came in last night and we picked it up late last night (paperwork already done) I did the clean up myself today so as not to have to buff out scratches from dealer detail shop
Same color(arctic white with red/black leather interior.) as the c6
Impression: Challenger is a beast.
In retrospect re c6: thing I didn't like was the 6 sp automatic. A weird transmission. Mopar 8 speed is much better and knows just when to shift. To be fair, 7 years of software development is probably the reason along with the superb design of the ZF unit.
Glad I didn't get the 6 speed Tremec on the Challenger. This auto car is a great cruiser and avoids guzzler tax. Funny, manuals used to get better MPG than autos. Not so much now.
I have enjoyed the forum.
Peace
and PS I'm not really an army barber from Arlen Texas (for all you King of the Hill TV show fans) I'm really more like Boomhower.

Bill
We just went the other way. We sold my wife's orange '09 R/T and bought a red 2008 3LT with manual tranny.
The Challenger was a great car, and very comfortable on road trips, but the Vette is a monster!
Very happy!

After he lit the tires up a few blocks from the office at lunch time to show me what it could do, I knew I needed to get me a fast car. I wanted a car that was loud and powerful like his, so for me it had to be a C6 Corvette!
