New LED tail light option for Euro cars
The C6 euro type tail lights look a little silly compared to their north American counterparts.
This is the GM euro version with rear-facing fog in the inner tail light (required by some countries)
Radioflyer Innovations has taken the popular "eagle eye" LED tail lights and converted them to euro spec using Cree P4 Amber LEDs replacing the red LEDs. This converts the entire housing to a dedicated turn signal for use in the inner tail light position.
This conversion provides substantially more light output and more off-axis visibility than our older "centerpoint" modification. The centerpoint had a single 3w LED mounted dead center on the reflector and while very bright it only had a 30 degree spread and was not as noticeable as customers would have liked.
The old centerpoint modification:
The new euro eagle eye has a spread of 80 degrees and is substantially brighter. (This is shining through a RED lens) with total output of 153 Lumens.
We do not yet have photos of the euro eagle eye mounted, but we do have photos of the how the tail lights would look.
If your country requires rear-facing fog lamps, no need to worry. Using a red/white switchback bulb and a custom wiring harness we can use the reverse light housing as a suitable fog light as well as retaining the proper reverse light function:
Look for the Euro Eagle Eye tail lights on our website soon.

Or if you already have the eagle-eye type tail lights, you can purchase just the modification from here: (you send us your lights to modify)
