Default i need help big time

ok first of all I am a 1st time vette owner and have had it for a couple months. I hadnt started it in a month and the battery is dead and I cant enter the car. Its a 2005 convertible. Both key fabs are in the car and the key I had cut today at a chevy dealer turns but the trunk still wont open. I am turning the key far enough. How in the hell do I gain access under the hood so I can charge the battery? Can I take out the drivers side tail lights to gain access to the door release in the trunk? What are my options? I dont know what to do besides breaking out a window. Help!!

Ok, your fob has a key in it. Press the button and the key should slide out. Now, woth that key go behind your car and look where your licence plate is. Near the lights that emmitt on your licence plate, in the center there should be a slot for the key to go inside... when you use the key on it, it should open your trunk up. Now climb in the car and goodluck. Hopefully this was helpfull.

Is there enough juice in your battery to unlock the trunk with the button above the rear license plate? Also try pushing down on the trunk as you turn the key. FD..

Another thing, jumper cables hooked up to the pos. cable at the starter solonid, and a good ground with the other cable. Hook up the pos cable first.

I don't have an answer for your problem. However, I am curious why would you leave both FOBs in the car?
