You bought an Indy edition with the Z51 performance package

FWIW - the decals where dealer applied unless it was an actual indy used car in which case the decals where installed at GM

I have to agree with mlicker - we need some pics!
Don't second guess and wonder if you got a good deal.
Enjoy the car.
Post up a pick of the RPO code in the glove box and some photos of the car - would love to see both

Don't sweat the little stuff; you already bought the car. The deal's done. It's a great car! Period.

As to the decals, my understanding was that it usually came in a package and owners sometimes had an option to have it applied or leave it in the bag. That's assuming the dealer didn't put it on before someone bought the car. It may still be available, if you want to have it. if it is still available, maybe someone like Gene Culley would know (forum vendor, Cultrag).

Go to your nearest GM dealer and ask them for a GM VIS report for your car based on the Vin #.
This will give you the list of all the options, and other very useful information on maintenance carried out at any GM dealer.

They will do that for free.

Here is a list of what those codes noted on the sticker in your glove box mean. That sticker along with this list will tell you what options your car has on it.
