Possible BCM issue?

And bank that there is a glitch in the driver door module, since the signal from the driver door button is sent over the GM Lan bus to passenger door module to control that side, with what looks like the switch at least is fine.
If I had to take a stab at it, with everything out, but the gm lan still working and no codes thrown, would look for a bad solder joint/burnt trace on after the power in, but before the relays on the board isntead.
C5 unit, but you get the jest.

P.S, welcome to the new world of auto repair; where items like the timing light are out, and repairing controller boards are in instead.

Most likely, its just the connector that has a problem and will not even have to open it up to check the board for problems.
If you want to replace the module, then should be able to find one used from a savage guy that pulled one out of a wrecked vet.
Hence with a tech II used, you can first check the DDSA to make sure that is sending out a digital signal on the lan Bus for all the switches, and if it is, then you know the problem is in the driver door control module isntead.
As for the drivers door switch, if the buttons have a problem on the analog side, you can pull it apart to clean the contacts if say soda coated.
The door panel has to be pulled to remove it from the door, then with the switch in hand, use small pick tools to pull the bottom cover off the upper assembly. With it apart, you will be able to use electric spray cleaning to clean the collect gunk off the switch contacts to solve the problem, and even check the board for any cold solder joints/burn traces that may need to be repaired. Hence the button for the passenger side is working, so we know that the digital out on the board is fine, but it's just the other buttons are not getting an analog signal to the board instead.
