Never heard of downgrading brakes to get wheels to fit.
Anyway, calipers are the same. All you need is rotors and brackets. I don't know the part #.

You should post a WANTED on the parts forum for base brackets. There are far more people who upsized and have brackets remaining.

I also downsized as well as many other racers for weight reasons, which included getting GTO spare wheels to fit.

I think you do now! Lol I'm kidding
Going for 7" width in front so I have to change the brakes.

Just a heads up even with base brakes the front still needs a 5mm spacer to clear the caliper.

The bare minimum for the swap are rotors and brackets. Can reuse the calipers and pads.

Currntly my Z51 rotors are craked and the pads in very bad condition so anyway I have to change them and going for base brakes

Perfect. If you are looking for a pad thats better than stock that doesnt break the bank look into some stop tech street pads. Havent had any issues with them with countless 150mph+ runs and one up into the 180s. Thats the only pad Ive had any experience with. And I'd stay away from drilled rotors they do like to crack as you have seen.
