That's a Merci, you might be able to buy a used up one for a quarter +-. The base on that model is about $335...most are built at an MSRP around $400k+

I'm in the group that will never own a late model hyper car. With that said, I am very happy that a Corvette can deliver insanely high performance for a fraction of the cost that other cars do.

I love my C6 but a Vette that is as fast or even faster than a Lambo hardly means the cars are real competitors. If I win the Powerball tonite I'm buying a Lamborghini, not a new Z06. But still a fun video.

Lottery or not, I'd never spend over 100K on a car. They look pretty, but I always prefer function over fashion.

That's what I was thinking. Can't understand the convo but I'd guess it goes something like this: "That Corvette might be faster but I have a Lambo and I could have a Z06 like that too if I wanted. Hell, I could have 10 Z06s if I wanted."

I love this, just because the lambo went out of his way to try and show the vette up and he got left standing still. Call me crazy, but I'd take a vette over a lambo or ferrari any day. I've loved them since I've known what a car was and I won't stop til I forget what a car is!! But really even if I had billions I'd choose a vette over other exotic cars. To me, the vette's appearance is more appealing than a lambo as well.
