Anyone use their iPad while checking into the forum? I do it in the evening while down stairs in my living room and I get this message much too often. "A problem occurred with the web page so it had to be reloaded." Or something to that effect. It happens mostly in the evening and while I'm on the forum. Happen to anyone else while on the forum with your iPad or is it just mine?
I don't use a browser on my ipad for the forum, but I use an old outdated app from Internet Brands. It's fast, no ads, and easier to use. But they updated the app to a completely new one, so I don't know if the older one is available. The new app sucks. I actually beta tested the new app, and sent many suggestions that they ignored.
Anyway, search for Internet Brands, and the 'old' app should be the first app in the app store search results. Give it a try. "Garage Talk" is the new app, I would suggest avoiding it.
I get extremely slow loads, and sometimes complete stall outs on my MacBook Pro. I installed AdBlock and it stopped 45 ads from loading! There are still some "good" supporting ads that get through, but apparently it's stopping the ones causing the problem. I don't mind ads, but 45 seems excessive.
My problem has been in and out to the point that I've been on chat with Apple 4 times and have a store appointment tomorrow to check my computer. It's working fine at the moment, so I'll have to cancel the appointment, but something's causing problems, whether it be hardware or software related.
I use my iPad 3 all the time and the same thing happened to me for over a month about two months go. Cleared up now but is was almost always when I was on this site.

Funny thing is it happens mostly at night. During the day time it very seldom happens. Wtf?
I use my iPad for nearly all of my browsing unless I'm out and about which I use my iPhone. My computer is actually gathering dust since I hardly use it.
I've seen that "A problem has occurred with the web page..." message a lot not only on this site but many others such as news portals that want to load ads, videos, pop-ups and so on. Sometimes, it's so bad that if left alone, a page will load, crash, reload and crash in an endless cycle.
This Christmas, Santa left me a new iPad Pro which I truly love but some of those crashes still occur although it seems much less often, almost barely at all now that I think about it.

Is your OS X El Capitan on the Pro? I actually think my problem is with Safari. Firefox seems to not have the issue, so I don't think it's hardware related. I might have to reload the OS if it persists. Is that something they'll do for you under warranty?
I'm not sure. It's in completely stock configuration plus whatever updates Apple has pushed out. I'm still not sure if my old iPad 4's problem was Safari or the hardware or just needs to be reloaded. I noticed that I lost all my bookmarks on the top bar in Safari and couldn't get them back so I'll probably have to do a full dump and restore on it.
I don't think that's covered under warranty since it's not really broken but I'm sure a tech at an Apple store would easily do it for you.
