Default Extra top hanger solution
I finally have something to contribute, I built an extra top storage hanger similar to the ones for sale. I found like others that the handles on the top don't stay in the right position when lifted vertically. I had some of the little foam earplugs and put between the handles and the top, hndles stayed put. I have it hung nice and high with no fumbling!
