The Vin identifies the unique car but not the options. To identify the options you need to go to the GM database and look up the unique car from - the VIN. COMPNINE used to do that. Any dealer can do that. We have supporting dealers here who will do it. Do a search for VIN and options using Google and the site option. i.e. VIN options site:corvetteforum.com The Forum VIN decoder is pretty much worthless.

Any GM dealer can run a "build sheet" listing the options. They can also run a VIS that will show all dealer performed work.
Thanks everyone for your comments, I called the local chevy dealer (corvette specialist) parts dept and gave him the vin. the car has a FE3 sports suspension.
