Default Sticky stuff on window

I have a 2009 Corvette and recently every time I roll up the drivers side window there is a sticky substance streaked on the inside of the window ? Has anyone else experienced this problem ? I took the door panel off and couldn't find anything . Any Ideas ? Thanks in advance .

I would ask some of the guys in this thread: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-sex-life.html

Sorry, I could not resist

Seriously, I have seen it once on mine, it was after I tinted the windows, and I'm assuming I caught a bug as the window rolled down.

Cleaned it off, and it has not happened again.

Do you use your defroster a lot? How's the windshield? Hopefully it is not the heater core going bad.

I would roll the window all the way down and clean the dust wiper real good along the top of the door.

Take some ethanol on a rag and clean the inside of your dew wipes. Something most likely contaminated them
