I'd recommend you reuse your OEM header bolts (and gaskets). Just use a hand wire brush to remove the yellow stuff from the threads.
Even if you use locking bolts, they will need to be re-torqued after a few heat cycles because the gasket will crush and the bolt heads will seat into the flange.

I always use ARP stainless fasteners on my headers. Some of the best quality fasteners in the world, stronger than Grade 8 bolts, and reasonably priced. Available at any performance shop or online. It's always a good idea to apply a drop of anti-seize to the header bolts if you have aluminum heads. (same goes for spark plugs)

I would recommend these above all others Total Loc Header Bolts http://shop.totallystainless.com/
Way easier to use than the Stage 8 System - made from high quality ARP fasteners and they work period!
I ran a set on my rowdy big block for years without issue and without retightening
Just give them a call or work through their website.
As a matter of fact - for those that like to dress things up these folks have got thousands of options for stainless fasteners
You saying I have to go back to get the headers bolts re tighten after a few weeks?
How many times do I need to do that?
They reused the OEM exhaust flange gaskets, and the factory bolts, when I had my LG Super Pro headers installed. They have been one the vette for close to 2 years now, and have not leaked, and have not been retightened.
The only thing I had to retighten was one of the clamps connecting the cats to the headers, to stop a very small leak on one side.
