I just pull out the vette first time today but battery volt back and the fourth 14.2 to 13.6 ... is that bad battery?! or other system on battery?! I start up with charging then running fine and everything power is good... leaving running for lil bit then went down road then come back... turn off then dead... it wont turn again then charging up then it back up again?! Sit there for over winter time almost 3 month.

Sounds like a battery problem to me. What year is the car and how old is the battery? How many miles? How long did you charge it, and with what?
When batteries get old the oxidation that falls off of the plates collect in the bottom partition. When it gets full it shorts out the plates across the bottom. Start out checking and cleaning your connections first. Also start up your car and verify your alternator is working by watching a voltmeter from a non start to the running condition. A battery hydrometer can also help diagnose the health of your battery by extracting the fluid from each cell and watching where the internal float indicator rests at. Hope this helps.
It acts as if the battery has a bad cell or two shorting out, thus not putting and keeping a proper charge on the battery.
If the battery went dead, and it was charged up after the winter, then the stuff likely fell off the plates and settled at the bottom to short out a cell or two. (as per the explanation in an earlier post)
I had a 1 year old battery that I let go dead. I charged it up, but it would never hold a full charge after that.
It would charge up, but go dead after a day or so just sitting there.
A new battery fixed the issue.
