Default Brake dust

I know I've seen it here before, but can anyone recommend a brake pad with great stopping power and a low amount of brake dust. I have an '11 Grand Sport and I am constantly cleaning my wheels ( not that there is anything wrong with that ). Thanks!

In general, ceramic pads will create less brake dust than organic pads. Another trick is to use Rejex on the wheels after cleaning. Rejex leaves a very slick finish which helps shed the brake dust.

Been there, done that, these work just fine depending on your intended use, but for street use they reduced the dust 90% and stop juts fine with no squeal

I have the same issue (2010 GS), but I'm leery about going to ceramics.... I've run the car at an HPDE or two and I'd like to do some more. From what I understand ceramic pads aren't really good for ANY track time. Are there any "track compatible" pads that don't have the same dust issues as the OEMs?

I installed carbotech brakes, best of all worlds. Great stopping power, rotor friendly and limited to no dust.

No and if anyone tells you otherwise they are clueless.

I like Carbotechs on the track since the dust is non-corrosive. I've used a variety of other brands over the years but keep going back to the Carbotechs.

OP.....The Autozone pads are excellent for use on the street. Low dust and more than adequate performance.

Are you willing to swap pads for track days?
