Default Hemi-Powered Corvette Tears Up Drag Strip


Is it sacrilege to use a Hemi block in a Corvette? Or is it just good enough to see that a Corvette is decimating the competition?

No, it's a race car with four wheels that just happens to have Corvette body panels.

I really enjoy the looks on the faces of mopar guys when they find out that the "hemi" was invented in the early 1900s and used by the Belgium automaker Pipe.

did you know there is also a Chrysler Inline 6 "Hemi" it was 265 cu in -
