Help with TPMS please
I am replacing 10 year old tires and TPMS sensors. I ordered the OE sensors on Amazing, from a company with 100% satisfaction with over 200 reviews. Once the Chevy dealer installed them, they said the sensors did not work. They saw no activity from them at all, as if the batteries were dead, all four of them. It seems unlikely to me that that is the case. Anyone have any thoughts on what may be going on? Something that may have been overlooked? I will try to go to another shop and see if they can get them to work before ordering new and do it all over again. Thanks for any help or suggestions!

When I ordered them, they said the fitment good for a 2006 (which I have) and the reviews by some of the customers had the same year. Also, the dealer said they were the correct part number for my car.

You were possibly sent the wrong ones? What's the part number?
The chances of all 4 being bad out of the box seems astronomical. I assume they checked each sensor individually with the tool, and not just declared them bad because the car didn't see them?
NOS parts? If they've been on the shelf for 10 years, they might be just as dead as your original ones.

First we need to know the what are the part numbers? There are 3 types of sensors that were installed over the years? Then we can try to trouble shoot.
2005-2009 was 25758220 …reset tool needed
2010-20013 was 15268606….reset tool needed
and the 'Green" 20925924….can be programed WITHOUT a tool.

I just bought these. 2007
My scan tool picked them up immediately.
I don't think you got the ones for your car.

Why would you pay 7.00 per sensor more than buying from the main linked Amazon seller?
Mine came from:
SAE-Parts
SAE-Parts storefront
4.5 out of 5 stars91% positive in the last 12 months (193 ratings)
SAE-Parts or Korea?
Kind of odd which one to choose... That part number is the same as the TPMS in the Kia Forte.

Just for kicks, go to Discount Tire and ask to have your sensors reset. I wouldn't take just one shop's opinion on something they say doesn't work, especially a dealership. Some tools can check the battery strength along with things like serial numbers. If that's good and the serial numbers refer back to the correct part number, then it's an operator error. If the LF won't work, try the others, since it makes no difference to the car where you start, except for the order it reads out on the DIC. Otherwise, have one removed to verify the part number.
BTW, for Kent 1999, sensors don't get started for electrical draw until the centrifugal rotating force activates them. However, since the shelf life of most lithium batteries is 10 years, it's possible they have so little power left to activate.
