Inner fender differences?
Are there any differences between narrow body and wide body inner fenders?

Yes, about 1.5" width and some other things.

All 4 inner fenders are different between narrow-body and wide body cars.

There are threads were some used various products to extend the inner fender...
Cut off the curved part and rivet extension on.
Similar to what came in my wide Booty kit.

Not to mention, I believe they are glued on which is why people do the extensions vs replace it.

The fronts are glued to the frame and if changed must be positioned exactly where the OEM inner fenders were. I have seen somewhere a fiberglass extension as well as other "fillers" for the fronts that will fill the gap. The rears are not an issue, they just bolt in place.
