Can someone tell what this black part is call, I seem to be missing the one on the driver side.

Is that on the front? If so, it appears to be the brake air inlet for the brake duct that leads to the front rotors.

Yes the front is that the name of it I've been trying to look it up but can't find it. Thanks

It's a passenger brake duct assembly (also known as liner extension), which attaches to the inner fender liner as per the pic. If the bottom section is broken, then the liner may also be damaged.
