No, but I did get an order canceled by them claiming the product was never available despite it being on their website, and It still is on their website today more then a year later. 
They did however refund on my credit card and sent a letter in the mail.

First Purchase from Ecklers
Just putting a testimonial out there. I'll usually post good or bad. Just made my first order from Ecklers. Needed a lower radiator support and the front spoiler. Received a coupon code via email from Eckler's with 15% off which expired at midnight Sunday. Got online and made the order, finding the part numbers from the physical catalog. The catalog prices were cheaper than the online prices, so I called and spoke to the sales lady at 3:00 pm or so Sunday. She asked the year of the catalog, and I found it was 2015. She honored the lower catalog price, gave me the discount, (which covered the shipping.) They shipped FedEx at no extra cost, I received my shipment today (Wednesday) with the correct parts. Have no idea about return policies, but am satisfied with my purchase.
