Memory not working

C6 options button not working on my 2005 not able to change options, thanks in advance

You need to be using one of the two fobs programmed to the car as fob 1 or fob 2. If the fob you have is programmed as fob 3 or 4 the memory functions are not available.

The number engraved on the fob means nothing. The fob must be programmed as #1 or #2 as EVRose indicated.

There is a procedure that you can use to reprogram all of your fobs in order to get one that's programmed as #1 and/or #2.
