Changed to LED on the map lights and after closing doors, the light time out and go down to a very dim display! is this normal when you have the LED lights??
This works for some applications. Take the map light LED bulbs out and insert both of the old 194's. Close the doors with you inside the car and then remove both stock bulbs after they time out. Insert both LED bulbs without turning them on. Luck maybe on your side installing them in the correct way as some bulbs only work when installed that way. Open the door and close with you still in the car and see what happens. If this does not fix the problem you will have to try some bit more expensive LED 194 bulbs. Ask me how I know this. Good Luck
I am a little confused. I swapped out ALL my stock interiors bulbs with white LEDs and they turn off after a few seconds of closing the door. Also, OP did you try the light ****. The one you can dim the interior lights? Or is this something else?

The map lights time out and stay on very dim. This is sometimes caused by the installation procedure or the quality of the 194 LED bulbs used.
