Default- TC/AH both fully active
1 button push- TC off, AH fully active
2 button pushes- TC off, AH reduced activity. "Competition Mode"
Push and hold button for 5 secs- TC/AH completely off
1 button push- TC off, AH fully active
2 button pushes- TC off, AH reduced activity. "Competition Mode"

My opinions-
The Default mode is what you get automatically after starting, and that's fine for normal street driving.
TC off/AH on is good for the drag strip.
Competition mode is good for autocross or HPDE for 95% of drivers.
Everything off is for excellent drivers on a road course or autocross. If you are driving skillfully, you can turn really good times with little interference from Competition mode.
Competition mode also makes you less likely to come home in a wrecker.
