Could you weigh in on your experience with and recommend the best affordable indoor cover I can buy for my C6 ?
I need mainly dust protection, with a soft scratch resistant lining.
Colors or logo's don't matter.
Thanks

OP, while I don't have experience with this cover it seems like a good value if you can get the discounted price with the coupon code from RPI Designs. See post #247 in the link below. If the code is no longer valid, maybe they will provide a new discount code. Just my .02. GL with your search. FWIIW, RPI is a forum vendor.

I would buy the GM car cover - they pop up on a regular basis here for sale.
I have one and it has worked very well, soft inside with a black exterior that does a good job blocking the dust and dirt.
I might be laffed outta town, but I've used the "generics" from either Costco (large) or Pep Boys in the past. They're either Evolution or Noah and fairly thick, cover all the way to the bottom of tires and save the car (in the winter) from bumps of equipment or even other car doors.
Sure, the car looks like a blob, but it does the job I want it to do: prevent dust, preserve minor bumping into from car doors, garden/snow tools, and other "stuff." Plus, it's easy on/easy off. And all for about $40.
My car's been out (rarely) during the winter, but the car cover has never left the garage---it's a true, garage queen.

I have used a few of those generic ones on some of my project cars with good results, but the fit on the Vette was not good enough if I had to leave it outside.

A cost effective alternative should never be ridiculed! Nice recommendations for the OP.
I purchased the Ultra Guard cover from Chip at Custom Corvette Accessories (sponsored link on the forum home page here "CCA." The cover is made from heavy nylon with a soft backing. It collapses and packs nicely. I am very happy with the product ( it replaced a cloth Cali cover that while nice, collected a lot of dust/dirt within the material, becoming a huge sheet of stealthy sandpaper!!).
I'm not affiliated with CCA other than being a satisfied customer.
I've been using this type cover for many, many cars. Not the cheapest around but not too expensive. I used T-shirt paint to personalize the cover - it should be evident I'm not an artist! Whatever you buy, make sure it has mirror pockets, makes it 10 times easier getting the cover into place.
Works good, for all year storage!! I started off with the tri-cover. But was unhappy with how clean it kept the car. So, I upgraded to the car armor model, and works GREAT!! The stormproof series is slightly thicker and the best made by car cover!!
