Put a new clutch return spring in. Wasn’t as bad as I thought.

What is the cutout portion to the right in the bezel on the right pictured above? I don't think I have seen that before.

Thanks.

Are you referring to the cup holder trim? This came from a 2005. The trim rings were different, they were also plastic welded in addition to screws. I transferred my cup holder, hazard switch, vents, ashtray, etc.

I meant the cutout part right above the USB plug. It is where I would expect to find the magnetic ride control if so equipped.

Just to the right of the traction control button.

Another edit. I am learning.

Still another from this website.

Gave her a much needed bath. We took it to a wedding in the mountains a couple of weeks ago and the last mile was a dusty road.

That is referred to as the tombstone. It is a separate piece that snaps in and has a passenger airbag off light.
I think it was on 2005-2007 Bezels.

Installed new pioneer…. Worth the upgrade for the cleaner look vs stock unit.

I don't like how "Soft/Springy" the Stock C6 pedal feels

What made you go with these over the Bilstein Shocks? Ive heard Bilsteins were the way to go (plus they'd have matched your color of car)

Finally got my real spoiler on. I think I got the outside to look like I want it to now. Debating some stripes but I'm torn.

Well, I did think about the Bilstein's matching the car. I actually ordered B6's first and then found out they are on national backorder for at least another month. One vendor told me sometimes that can turn into 2-3 months or longer. No one had a full set of B6, B8 and DRM is out of theirs as well. With that being said, have read good things about these and actually had some Koni FSD on a previous vehicle that I liked a lot. I found a good deal on them so I went for it. I am pretty impressed with these overall. A smoother ride, takes the edge off harsh bumps, but stays planted. Truth be told, I don't think you can go wrong with either brand. From all of the posts/threads that I have read, the Koni Active's or Bilstein B6's give a more road cruiser ride and if you want a stiffer/track type ride either the Koni Sports or Bilstein B8 or DRM.

No I went with the C6 spring but I know what you mean by how soft it is. The clutch on this C6 is softer than my prior one. Not sure if that’s because this one doesn’t have the Z51 package or not.
